EarlyBird Education
As a small start-up, Early Bird identified key program areas that needed attention, and did not want to have the resources available to manage them internally. The scope of the project engagement spanned these three areas: consumer pilot program management, grant funding, and marketing program recommendations.
DreamBox Learning
DreamBox Learning needed a partner to advise on the strategic direction of the events program. During this project engagement, I collaborated with Dreambox Learning stakeholders and the marketing events team to make recommendations that included program framework and building blocks, end-to-end campaign planning, communication plans, process improvement and resource planning and templates to help grow and scale the program.
Classroom Champions

As a non-profit organization looking to expand their reach in US schools and districts, Classroom Champions brought in an outside perspective to shape their GTM strategy for the US K-12 market. This engagement spanned several focus areas during the course of the project.
